Stage 26, created by Pixie & Dot Productions, is a bold new training program for youth aged 8–16 who are ready to grow, express, and perform.

2026 Programs

A pathway of growth designed to challenge, inspire, and celebrate young performers at every stage of their artistic journey.

 

Foundations

Ages 8–10

The perfect introduction to acting, singing, and movement. Students learn storytelling through imagination, rhythm, and play — gaining confidence and a love for the performing arts.

Dates: Wednesdays, January 7th – June 3rd, 2025
Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Momentum

Ages 10–12

A creative leap forward. This program strengthens performance skills through ensemble scenes, musical numbers, and expressive choreography. Students learn how to bring stories to life with energy and teamwork.

Dates: Thursdays, January 8th – June 4th, 2025

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Collective

Ages 12–14

A collaborative and skill-focused program for developing theatre young artists. Through scene work, harmony, and movement, students learn to trust their instincts, support one another, and build strong stage presence.

Dates: Fridays, January 9th – June 5th, 2025

Time: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Impact

Ages 13–16

A performance training program for dedicated young artists preparing to pursue theatre at the post-secondary or professional level. Students refine advanced technique, develop authentic character work, and build the confidence to lead in rehearsal and performance.

Dates: Wednesdays, January 7th – June 3rd, 2025

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Stagecraft

Ages 12–16

Theatre is more than what happens under the spotlight — it’s also the artistry that builds the world around it.

StageCraft invites students to step behind the scenes and bring stories to life through prop design, puppet making, costume creation, and set painting.
Dates: Thursdays, January 15 – May 28, 2026

The Stage 26 Experience

Professional Training in a Creative Space
Stage 26 bridges the gap between imagination and technique — building real theatre skills in a supportive, inspiring environment.

 

Performance with Purpose
Each term includes an opportunity to perform for an audience — from in-class sharings to fully staged showcases.

Students develop lasting friendships, artistic courage, and a sense of belonging through collaboration and creativity.

These programs are designed to develop equal strength in acting, singing, and dancing, creating versatile and well-balanced performers who can command the stage with skill and confidence.

 

Audition-Based - The Troupe works with industry professionals to create original works and public performances under the Pixie & Dot banner. Members embody the artistry, discipline, and joy that define Stage 26.
