What to Expect at a Pixie & Dot Show
​Welcome to the world of Pixie & Dot Productions—where magic, music, and make-believe come to life!
​
When you arrive at The Balsam School, you’ll be greeted by whimsical characters who will welcome your family with a warm smile and guide you to our third-floor theatre using our dedicated elevator. Our space is designed with families in mind: from cozy mats with pillows to little chairs, big chairs, and fully accessible seating, everyone has a perfect place to enjoy the show.

Be sure to arrive early! Before the performance begins, little ones can join the cast for crafts and colouring in the lobby—every masterpiece gets a starring role in our show and then heads home in a special Pixie Pack!
If you’ve booked face painting, that happens after the show—another chance for imagination to shine! You’re also welcome to take photos with our performers post-show. We love seeing your magical memories—don’t forget to tag us and share the joy with your fellow PixiePals.

Before you head home, every child receives a Pixie Pack to keep the adventure going. It’s our way of saying thank you—and letting the magic follow you beyond the theatre doors.
